Say something about Hr management

Tuesday of the first week in october,

I am in my company like normal day, but today has one changes: I don't see my co-worker who always sit beside me. Maybe, he decided to quit the job.

It make me think about Hr management. How to keep your staff? How to make them contribute for your company?



These are some hard question for all of manager until now.

In my point of view, human resourse is very important. It's blood of company. So take care of them, manage them with suitable ways is the first piority.

Nowaday having many HR management styles, but I really like Japanese style. They have good  HR polices. They build a working enviroment, working culture which is people in centre. To make the staff better is to make your company better.

And if you can make your staff think that they are working for themself, not for you, and you create the working enviroment like a family, you can win to make your purpose come true.



It is in general about my ideal to manage Staff well,
