Tonight, I will have a activity in a new english club, the topic is "Vietnamese bad habits". So It makes me think about this issue, and i decided to write down something about it.

I am Vietnamese person. I was born and grown up in VietNam and I totally know the bad habits in those people here, maybe include me :)

But to list all of them, i think it too hard, because each feild has each habits. So I willl only show some typical bad habits of Vietnameses.

Unpunctuality. It's one of the worst habits of vietnameses, it usually makes foreigners offensive. we use the term "Cao su" to defend for this bad habits. we call it like a usual custom in VietNam, maybe it become a culture and can't change. Some foreginers think that we lack of minimal social etiquette, and we don't reflect them. So, it's a habits we need to change right now unless you don't have intend to work or have a good relationship with foreingers.

Make noise in public places. we always hear noisy sound in a restaurent and especially " Bia Hoi'. Vietnamese often say out loud and cheer "Zo", sometime makes people around them get angry.

Not queuing. In public places like cinema, cafe, restaurant, the people rarely queue (8)if not asked to do so. They rather hustle (9) than wait for their turn 

Vietnamese has other habits like littering, leftover food, Walking into elevators before people exit, Disobeying traffic laws.....

Explain for bad habits: Because Vietnamese don't care what others thinking, we only do for ourselves. We don't know that what we do are bad. We blame for others such as: education, law. But we don't see back to ourselves and try to change. Maybe, it's too hard to change if every people around us still do bad habits. It's the main reason - Crowd phenomenon.

Nowaday, we are living in open social network. We have to change to go with other country in the world. Everything will gradually change follow developing society and Vietnamese bad habits will be changed, i believe.

Yesterday, i had a impressed meeting with a customer and we have a interesting conversation.
After that, i came back to my company and thinking.

I think back about what he just said. About Marketing. About Vision in a long time for a company.
You need to set up it from now and prepare for it.
But, before that, you should answer some question first,

what your company name you want to be?

Such as: Luxury watch, basic english communication....

what your company tend to be?

your target customer?

Your main product/ service?

Detail it as possible as you can.

Answer all, you have to understand a lot about what you want, what you have and not?, your strength? weakness ?

Maybe, in the beginning time for star-up, you dont know exactly, yes, it's ok for in general, but, in a while, need to firgue it out.

If you can't, you should looking for a consultant, a mentor for you, to give you some advices.

and then, planning and action!

Marketing stratergy:

Understand your self -  understand your customer - understand your competitor

your advantages/ disadvantages

Have your own strategy/ own customer/ own product.

Always control them

Make you different! Only one!

Tuesday of the first week in october,

I am in my company like normal day, but today has one changes: I don't see my co-worker who always sit beside me. Maybe, he decided to quit the job.

It make me think about Hr management. How to keep your staff? How to make them contribute for your company?

These are some hard question for all of manager until now.

In my point of view, human resourse is very important. It's blood of company. So take care of them, manage them with suitable ways is the first piority.

Nowaday having many HR management styles, but I really like Japanese style. They have good  HR polices. They build a working enviroment, working culture which is people in centre. To make the staff better is to make your company better.

And if you can make your staff think that they are working for themself, not for you, and you create the working enviroment like a family, you can win to make your purpose come true.

It is in general about my ideal to manage Staff well,

Today is the Monday of the first week. I still have a normal day like before. Go early for main Job. But I have a little changes in my mind and a schedual for Mc job at the evening. Mc for a new event, so i need to spend time for writting a script.
